A lot happened in the past few months.  I also reflected a lot and thought about how I could make the world a better place. I came to the conclusion that yes, I could stay silent and only speak when people ask me, but that no, that is not an option anymore. I want to speak up and I want to open the eyes of those who are still asleep.  Yes, there is climate change. Yes, the main reason is agriculture. And so on and so forth. So, I'm going to start posting things more frequently. I'm going to share my thoughts and feelings  (regarding the environmental aspect)  and you're free to comment or send me a mail or whatsoever. There're always people who look better than me. Their teeth are perfectly white, their lips are amazing, their eyebrows have the perfect shape, their skin is smooth, their hair is shiny, they have bigger boobs, a better ass, their legs are skinner, they have a thigh gap, they're tanned, they wear beautiful clothes and so on. Society wants us to be ourselves and at the same time be perfect and buy all those products to be beautiful. I was going with the flow of society, wanting to be someone who wasn't me. One day I've met a person who taught me self-love. I've learned to love myself. Learned how to be happy with how I look and with who I am. Because after all, I'm not a body. It is not enough that humans are having wars and killing each other physically, but they also kill each other mentally, spiritually. Wars separate loved ones. Friends, families, lovers. They are all torn apart. Within war, there is no love. War is cruel, war is brutal, it is cold-hearted. We all know that and yet we seem to ignore it. Let there be love . Let's not have wars anymore. Let there be peace . Let's not have wars with bombing each other, nor wars with verbal or physical hatred and violence. It may be that peace is particularly present in a small space (the love of a mother to her newborn), but there won't be peace in the whole world. I don't believe that absolute peace can be present in the whole world, while the whole world is not loving and parts of the world are still filled with hatred, greed and malevolence. ...

I always said, that if ever I should have a blog, the first thing I would post are the lyrics from a song, which to me is pretty accurate to the world of the humans. It's from a reggae band called SOJA (feat. Murs) and the song's name is 'Tear it down' (this version was published in 2014). Even if some don't like reggae the lyrics are great. I don't really want to go on writing and explaining what the text says, I'm just going to let you take a look and let you take your own time to reflect about those words. This blog is here to open your eyes and your heart.  I want to spread love and consciousness. The humans are destroying the earth and destroying themselves. There's too much hatred and too little love in this world. Not only from human to human, but also from human to other animals and especially from human to nature.
